Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated.
Return Fees
A nominal fee of ₹129 + shipping charges will be applicable for each returned item. This helps us cover part of the processing and logistics costs.
Return Eligibility
Items purchased during a clearance sale or with a limited-time discount are not eligible for returns or refunds. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Exchange Policy
Items bought during discounts or clearance sales are not eligible for exchange. A fixed ₹99 exchange fee applies for each item exchanged. Once approved, the replacement product will reach you within 5–7 working days.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
